LaTrenda S. Pleas, M.S., LPC-S, NCC.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and National Certified Counselor who specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy. My past and current positions have allowed me the opportunity to work with many populations as well as facilitate therapeutic and education groups within the community. The therapeutic techniques I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I am committed to helping clients grow and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Experience

I have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, Major Depression Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, Substance Abuse, Intellectual Developmental Disorder and Autism.
